Completed applications should be returned to the Village clerk's office at 871 Main St., Brownsville.  Applications are also available for pickup in the lobby outside the clerk's office at 871 Main St.

Note: if you are planning on building a new home the above form is not used, contact the building inspector.  DSPS requires new single home permits according to Act211 requires the permit to also be filed online.    WI UNIFORM BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION.
